VISTO las Resoluciones 1269/93, 1287/93 y 337/94 en las que se establecen respectivamente los requisitos de saneamiento de Brucelosis, Tuberculosis y Leucosis Enzoótica Bovina; y la Resolución 1067/94 que establece la creación en el ámbito de este SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL del “Registro Nacional de Médicos Veterinarios Privados” y, CONSIDERANDO: Que es necesario la armonización de procedimientos de acreditación de profesionales Veterinarios Privados Acreditados designados por los propietarios de los establecimientos, que llevarán acabo los saneamientos correspondientes de Brucelosis, Tuberculosis y Leucosis Bovina. Que es conveniente llevar un Registro de acreditación de Médicos Veterinarios de la actividad privada que deseen participar en los Planes Nacionales de Control y Erradicación de la Brucelosis, Tuberculosis Bovina y el Sistema de Certificación de Establecimientos Libres de Leucosis Enzoótica Bovina. Que es necesario avalar la metodología de los mecanismos de Registro y Habilitación y de los compromisos y responsabilidades de los Veterinarios acreditados en los diferentes planes. Que es necesario incrementar la cobertura de los planes sanitarios oficiales mediante la participación de los Médicos Veterinarios de la actividad privada. Que en la actualidad un número importante de Médicos Veterinarios Privados desempeñan tareas de saneamiento de establecimiento en los Planes de Brucelosis y Tuberculosis establecidos mediante Resoluciones 1269/93 y 1287/93. Que las facultades de Ciencias Veterinarias y este SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL han capacitado a numerosos profesionales para que realicen las acciones estipuladas en los respectivos planes de Brucelosis y Tuberculosis. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia, conforme lo determina el artículo 11 inciso g) de la Ley 23.899. Por ello, EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1º- Créanse las secciones de BRUCELOSIS, TUBERCULOSIS y LEUCOSIS ENZOOTICA BOVINA del “Registro Nacional de Médicos Veterinarios Privados”, llevado por la GERENCIA DE APROBACION DE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS y FARMACOLOGICOS”. ARTICULO 2º- Los requisitos de inscripción para poder participar de la ejecución de las actividades inherentes a los Programas respectivos, serán los establecidos, en el instructivos que como anexo I forma parte integrante de la presente resolución. Que tal medida permitirá una más ágil y eficaz recopilación de la totalidad de los datos técnicos administrativos que se efectúen en razón de las campañas sanitarias instauradas y los diferentes procedimientos de control y fiscalización. Que resulta procedente efectuar la implementación de metodologías que posibiliten contar con la información técnico estadística con la validez y confiabilidad, como así también con la periodicidad y tiempos adecuados a las necesidades. Que los datos que se deberán consignar cubren las necesidades de monitoreo, evaluación y seguimiento de las diferentes actividades desarrolladas a nivel del terreno. Que con la información referida, los distintos estamentos del SERVICIO DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS contarán con datos técnicos con, periodicidad mensual que coadyuvarán a la ejecución de las diferentes actividades. Que la SUBGERENCIA DE ASUNTOS JURIDICOS, ha dictaminado sobre el particular, no encontrando reparo legal que formular. Que el suscripto se encuentra facultado para dictar el presente acto conforme las atribuciones que le confiere el artículo 11°, inciso g) de la Ley n° 23.899. Por ello, EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Implántase en el ámbito de la COORDINACION GENERAL DE CAMPO, el Informe Estadístico Mensual (IEM), cuyo modelo se acompaña como Anexo I, formando parte integrante de la presente resolución. ARTICULO 2°.- El Informe Estadístico Mensual consignará la totalidad de los datos requeridos y su confección será responsabilidad de los Veterinarios Locales, Supervisores Regionales y Coordinación General de Campo, de acuerdo a lo normado oportunamente en la Resolución N° 130/95. ARTICULO 3°.- La remisión del IEM, será efectuada por los Supervisores Regionales antes del DECIMO (10°) día del mes posterior al que se informa. �ARTICULO 4°.- La COORDINACION GENERAL DE CAMPO dentro del mes posterior al que se informa, producirá un Informe Estadístico Mensual, por zona y Regiones Sanitarias, por Provincia y desagregado por cada Coordinación Regional, a fin de mantener una información fluida en la totalidad de los cuadros técnicos. ARTICULO 5°.- El incumplimiento de lo prescripto en la presente resolución por parte del personal profesional, será sancionado de acuerdo a lo previsto en la Ley N° 22.140.
