VISTO el Expediente N° S05:0034954/2015 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA,
GANADERÍA Y PESCA, el Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo Sectorial para el personal del SERVICIO
NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA homologado por el Decreto N° 40 del 25 de
enero de 2007, la Resolución Conjunta N° 89 y N° 16 del 13 de febrero de 2008 del mencionado Servicio
Nacional y de la entonces SECRETARÍA DE LA GESTIÓN PÚBLICA, respectivamente, las Resoluciones
Nros. 1.289 del 22 de diciembre de 2008, adecuada por sus similares Nros. 164 del 28 de marzo de
2011, 527 del 9 de agosto de 2011, 583 del 20 de noviembre de 2012, 583 del 18 de noviembre de 2013
y 77 del 11 de febrero de 2014; y 91 del 10 de marzo de 2015, todas del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por la Resolución N° 1.289 del 22 de diciembre de 2008 se convocó al Proceso de Selección para la
cobertura de diversos cargos en el ámbito del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD
AGROALIMENTARIA.
Que mediante el Artículo 3° de la Resolución N° 91 del 10 de marzo de 2015 se declaró desierto el
Proceso de Selección en lo que respecta a los Registros de Oferta de Empleo (ROE) Nros. 283 Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (Clorinda); 284 - Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (El
Espinillo); 286 - Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (Villa General Manuel Belgrano); 289 - Inspector
Técnico de Sanidad Animal (San Martín II); 291 - Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (Villa Ángela); 295
- Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (Comandante Fontana); 296 - Inspector Técnico de Sanidad
Animal (Juan José CasteIli); 297 - Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (Ingeniero Guillermo Nicasio
Juárez); y 300 - Inspector Técnico de Sanidad Animal (Taco Pozo), todos dependientes de la Dirección
de Centro Regional Chaco-Formosa.
Que conforme lo establece el Artículo N° 2 de la Resolución Conjunta N° 89 y N° 16 del 13 de febrero de
2008 del mencionado Servicio Nacional y de la entonces SECRETARÍA DE LA GESTIÓN PÚBLICA,
respectivamente, para el supuesto de haberse declarado desierta la convocatoria ordinaria
correspondiente, la Presidencia del Organismo podrá de oficio, disponer la convocatoria complementaria
en los términos del 2° párrafo del Artículo 61 del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo Sectorial par el personal
del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA homologado por el Decreto
N° 40 del 25 de enero de 2007.
Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención de su competencia, no encontrando

reparos de índole legal que formular.
Que la suscripta es competente para dictar el presente acto en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 8°,
inciso h) del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de
junio de 2010.
Por ello,
LA PRESIDENTA
DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD
Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO 1° — Convocar, en forma complementaria, el concurso de vacantes dispuesto mediante la
Resolución N° 1.289 del 22 de diciembre de 2008, adecuada por sus similares Nros. 164 del 28 de marzo
de 2011, 527 del 9 de agosto de 2011, 583 del 20 de noviembre de 2012, 583 del 18 de noviembre de
2013 y 77 del 11 de febrero de 2014; y 91 del 10 de marzo de 2015, todas del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, en lo que respecta a los ROE que se detallam en el Anexo I
de la presente resolución.
ARTÍCULO 2° — Desígnanse como miembros del Comité de Selección conforme lo previsto en el inciso
b) del Artículo 6° de la Resolución Conjunta N° 89 y N° 16 del 13 de febrero de 2008 del SERVICIO
NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA y de la entonces SECRETARÍA DE LA
GESTIÓN PÚBLICA, respectivamente, a los funcionarios mencionados en el Anexo II de la presente
resolución, en representación de las entidades que en cada caso se indica y para los cargos que se
mencionan.
ARTÍCULO 3° — Invítase a la UNIÓN DEL PERSONAL CIVIL DE LA NACIÓN, a la ASOCIACIÓN
TRABAJADORES DEL ESTADO y a la ASOCIACIÓN DE PROFESIONALES UNIVERSITARIOS DEL
MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA DE LA NACIÓN, a designar UN (1) veedor titular y
UNO (1) suplente para el presente Proceso de Selección, conforme lo establecido en el Artículo 15 de la
Resolución Conjunta N° 89 y N° 16 del 13 de febrero de 2008 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA y de la entonces SECRETARÍA DE LA GESTIÓN PÚBLICA,
respectivamente.
ARTÍCULO 4° — Invítase al CONSEJO NACIONAL DE LAS MUJERES y al MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO,
EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, a designar UN (1) veedor titular y UNO (1) suplente para el presente
Proceso de Selección.
ARTÍCULO 5° — Asígnanse transitoriamente funciones como Secretaria Administrativa del Comité de
Selección, a la agente Doctora Mónica Cristina PORTILLO (LPU N° 20.618.668).
ARTÍCULO 6° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y

VISTO el Expediente N° S05:0011079/2015 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA,
GANADERÍA Y PESCA, la Resolución N° 149 del 30 de abril de 2015 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por el Anexo II de la Resolución N° 149 del 30 de abril de 2015 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, se designaron los miembros del Comité de Selección en
representación de las entidades que en cada caso se indica y para los cargos que se mencionan,
conforme lo previsto en el Artículo 5° de la Resolución Conjunta N° 89 y N° 16 del 13 de febrero de 2008
del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA y de la entonces
SECRETARÍA DE LA GESTIÓN PÚBLICA, respectivamente.
Que en dicho Anexo II se detectó un error involuntario en cuanto a la conformación del Comité de
Selección para los cargos dependientes de la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad Animal y de la Dirección
General de Laboratorios y Control Técnico, respecto al nombre de los EXPERTOS EN DISCIPLINAS
AFINES, por lo que procede sustituir el mismo, conforme lo establecido en el Artículo 101 del Decreto N°
1.759/72 (T.O. 1991), reglamentario de la Ley Nacional de Procedimientos Administrativos N° 19.549.
Que la suscripta es competente para dictar el presente acto en virtud de lo dispuesto por el Artículo 8°,
inciso h) del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de
junio de 2010.
Por ello,
