BUENOS AIRES, 7 de junio de 1994. VISTO el expediente N° 1091/94 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y CONSIDERANDO: Que con el objeto de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la Resolución N° 554 del 14 de julio de 1993 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA que en sus Anexos I y II dispone que el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL registrará y habilitará los galpones de embarque que destinen su producción a la COMUNIDAD ECONOMICA EUROPEA (CEE), actual UNION EUROPEA (UE). Que el presente proyecto cuenta con la conformidad de la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y Mercados, Dirección de Gestión técnica, el Area de Registros y con dictamen favorable del Departamento de Asuntos Jurídicos. Que la presente medida se dicta de acuerdo a las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 6°, inciso c) del Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991, modificado por su similar N° 1172 del 10 de julio de 1992.
