Que es necesario extender el reconocimiento como Area Libre de Globodera pallida para las zonas productoras de papa de la Provincia de MENDOZA. Que es imprescindible establecer barreras fitosanitarias para impedir la entrada de nuevas plagas a las citadas provincias. Que el artículo 3° de la Resolución N° 202 de fecha 1° de abril de 1992 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA determina que el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL deberá fijar las medidas cuarentenarias necesarias para impedir la introducción de los organismos citados en el ANEXO I de dicha resolución. Que es preciso adecuar los envases y sistemas de empaque para una buena conservación de la mercadería. Que la autorización que se concede es en carácter de ensayo, hasta tanto no se conozcan fehacientemente los resultados del envase y acondicionamiento en destino. Que atento la facultad conferida por Resolución de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA N° 749 del 25 de agosto de 1988 y encuadrándose en las prescripciones establecidas en el Decreto N° 71178 de fecha 20 de noviembre de 1935 que reglamenta la materia y los artículos 6° y 29 del Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991, cabe proceder en consecuencia. Por ello EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Autorízase con carácter de ensayo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993, el envase de batata para exportación que a continuación se describe: a) Medidas de luz interna (en milímetros): Largo: 520; ancho: 310 y alto: 200 b) Los cabezales estarán compuestos por DOS (2) maderas debobinadas, separadas por una luz de aproximadamente VEINTE (20) milímetros. c) Los laterales estarán compuestos por DOS (2) maderas debobinadas, separadas por TREINTA (30) milímetros aproximadamente. d) La tapa y fondo estarán conformados por TRES (3) maderas debobinadas cada uno, separadas por una luz de aproximadamente TREINTA (30) milímetros. Todo el envase será cosido con alambre galvanizado. ARTICULO 2°.- El peso neto será de VEINTE (20) kilogramos y el acondicionamiento a granel. ARTICULO 3°.- Las partidas que se exporten con los envases de referencia deberán cumplir con las normas reglamentarias en vigencia. ARTICULO 4°.- Las firmas que utilicen estos envases deberán informar documentadamente a la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y Mercados sobre los resultados obtenidos en el exterior, requerimiento sin el cual no se dará lugar a prórroga, rehabilitación o autorización definitiva.
