de 1991, por el cual se aprueba la estructura organizativa de l
INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que razones
de servicio y funcionamiento hacen impe-
rativo conformar sus cuadros administrativos, adecuandolos a la
estructura organizativa
establecida por el mencionado Decreto,
mediante designaciones .
Que se ha consultado el Regitro de Disponibles
de la
Dirección General del Servicio Civil de la Secretaria de Funcien Publica .
Que para
la designación se ha evaluado la capacidad,

COHITE TECNICO INTERINSTITUCIONAL DE PREVENCION DEL PICUDO DEL
ALGODONERO,
Y
CO NSIDERANDO:
Que el COHITE TECNICO INTE RINSTITUCIONAL DE PREVENCION DEL PIC UD O DEL ALGODONERO, es e l encargado de programar,
coo rdinar y c onducir las acciones de p r ev en ción para evitar la
entrada de l a plaga al país .

medida de las posibilidades del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD

Territorio Nacional.

VISTO el Decreto n° 2.266/91, el Decreto nº 993/91,
la resolución conjunta MEyOySP-SFP-PN nº 51/91 y la r e soución
Conjunta MEyOySP-SFP-PN n° 54/91 y,
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Decreto N° 2266/91 crea el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL por transformaci6n de la e x DIRECCION NACIONAL DE PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACION AGRICOLA y
el ex~SERVICIO NACIONAL DE MICROBIOLOGIA Y QUIMICA AGRICOLA,
correspondiendo reubicar al personal de las ex unidades.
Que para las reubicaciones se ha evaluado la capacidad, idoneidad y conocimientos indi spensables requeridos
para el desempeño de los cargos para los cuales han sido
propuestos.
Que la presente disposición se encuadra en las
facultades conferidas por el articulo 10, i nc iso j y articulo
29 del Decreto Nº 2266/91.
