3 10 63 https://biblioteca.senasa.gov.ar/files/original/ab2c551635219dca876e8984e65f9684.pdf 71c737a61868bcf70ac04a2973c91195 PDF Text Text RESOLUCION N° 309/88 EX SENASA BUENOS AIRES, 28 de abril de 1988 VISTO el expediente N° 50.270/88 por el cual el SERVICIO DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS propició la suspensión de las concentraciones de ganado porcino con destino a invernada (cachorros) en Remates Feria o Establecimientos, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la actual situación zoosanitaria, demuestra una regresión total en la frecuencia e intensidad de focos de peste porcina clásica. Que de acuerdo a la información epidemiológica existente, dichas concentraciones han dejado de ser riesgo potencial como difusores de la enfermedad. Que atento a las facultades conferidas en el artículo 1° inciso 3 de la Ley N° 3959 de fecha 17 de enero de 1903 del Reglamento General de Policía Sanitaria de los animales prevé situaciones como la presente y conforme a lo estipulado en el Anexo II del Decreto N° 182 de fecha 11 de enero de 1973, el suscripto es competente para disponer en esta instancia. Por ello EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL DISPONE: ARTICULO 1°.- Derógase la disposición N° 150/88 que suspendía las concentraciones de cerdos para invernada (cachorros). ARTICULO 2°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
