Buenos Aires, 10 de junio de 1968.
DISPOSICION N° 252.
En virtud de lo estipulado en el Decreto n° 9.481 fecha 22 de septiembre de 1960, modificado por el
Decreto n° 11.753 fecha 22 de septiembre de 1960, y de acuerdo con la facultad conferida por el apartado 2°
de la Resolución n° 480 fecha 26 de abril último,
EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
DISPONE:
1°) Todo animal de la especie ovina, desde los tres meses de edad, que se encuentre en el territorio de la
República situado al Norte de los ríos Colorado y Barrancas, deberá ser vacunado contra la fiebre aftosa
conforme a lo establecido en el apartado 1° de la Resolución n° 480 fecha 26 de abril de 1968, cada ciento
ochenta (180) días como máximo, en las siguientes épocas: Primera vacunación: durante los meses de
marzo, abril y mayo; segunda vacunación: en septiembre, octubre y noviembre, de cada año.
2°) La vacunación deberá ajustarse, en lo pertinente; a lo establecido en los apartados 7°18°, 9°, 10°, 11°, 12°
y 13° de la Resolución n° 735 del 1° de julio de 1965.
3°) A partir del 1° de enero de 1969, no podrá entrar, salir y/o transitar por la región del país mencionada en el
apartado 1° de la presente disposición, ningún animal de la especie ovina de más de tres meses de edad, si
no va acompañado del certificado oficial que se denomina "Constancia de vacunación" y en el que conste que
ha sido vacunado contra la fiebre aftosa.
4°) Comuníquese, publíquese y pase al Servicio de Luchas Sanitarias SELSA, a sus efectos; cumplido
agréguese al expediente n° 106.881/68 y archívese.

DISPOSICION N° 19/77
BUENOS AIRES, 24 de febrero de 1977
VISTO el presente expediente N° 131.125/77 por el cual la Sección Aves de este
Laboratorio Central propicia que todas las series de vacunas o antígenos aviares,
de elaboración nacional, sean estampilladas oficialmente, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que tal medida garantizaría la comercialización de vacunas o antígenos aviares
que realmente estén inscriptos en el Registro Nacional respectivo.
Que paralelamente se podrá detectar y sancionar a aquellas firmas que elaboren,
fraccionen, distribuyan o vendan productos de este tipo sin autorización oficial.
Que lo expuesto implica una verdadera protección para las firmas elaboradoras
que cumplen con todos los requisitos ordenados por la reglamentación vigente.
Que no se considera necesario involucrar en esta Disposición a las vacunas y
antígenos aviares de procedencia extranjera, ya que las distintas series o partidas
quedan siempre bajo control oficial a su ingreso al país.
Por ello
EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DE LABORATORIOS
DISPONE:
ARTICULO 1°.- A partir de la fecha todas las series o partidas de vacunas o
antígenos aviares, de fabricación nacional, deberán estar íntegramente
estampilladas oficialmente.
ARTICULO 2°.- A tales efectos, y en forma previa al retiro de muestras para
control de cada serie o partida, las firmas elaboradoras deberán solicitar las
estampillas oficiales ante el Laboratorio Central.
ARTICULO 3°.- Comuníquese a las firmas elaboradoras, regístrese y archívese.
