RESOLUCION EX SENASA 50/95
Publicada el 4/8/1995
Modifícase el Reglamento de Productos, Subproductos y Derivados de Origen Animal aprobado por Decreto N°
4238/68.
BUENOS AIRES, 27/7/1995
VISTO la Resolución N° 1035 del 6 de octubre de 1993, que incorpora entre otros el texto del numeral 27.5.2.,
al Reglamento de Productos, Subproductos y Derivados de Origen Animal aprobado por Decreto N° 4238 del 19
de julio de 1968, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que dicho numeral establece en forma expresa que funcionarios se encuentran autorizados para firmar
documentación sanitaria.
Que en numerosas circunstancias, los Inspectores Veterinarios Oficiales, no pueden cubrir la necesidad referida,
respecto a certificación que ampare mercadería destinada a exportación, en virtud del cúmulo de tareas que
deben desarrollar.
Que por tales circunstancias se considera necesario autorizar a otros profesionales veterinarios para
cumplimentar eficazmente dichas funciones.
Que corresponde en consecuencia de conformidad con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 11 inciso g) e la
Ley N° 23.899, dictar el presente acto.
Por ello,
EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL
SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- Modifícase el numeral 27.5.2. incorporado por Resolución n° 1035/93 al Reglamento de
Inspección de Productos, Subproductos y Derivados de Origen Animal aprobado por Decreto N° 4238/68, el que
quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:
27.5.2.: El Certificado Sanitario de Exportación definitivo, será firmado por un Veterinario Oficial.
Los Certificados Sanitarios de Exportación Provisorios. Los Permisos de Tránsito Restringido y Los Permisos de
Tránsito, podrán ser firmados indistintamente por un Inspector Veterinario oficial o por el Profesional
Veterinario que el Servicio habilite a tal fin. Excepcionalmente podrá autorizarse en forma individual y expresa a
Ayudantes de Veterinarios a firmar documentación sanitaria. Esta autorización nunca podrá ser extensiva a la
firma de documentación que ampare mercaderías destinadas para la exportación.
ARTICULO 2°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
