BUENOS AIRES, 19 de setiembre de 1991 VISTO el expediente N° 3961/91 por el cual la GERENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS propicia el control de las infecciones de carácter Paratífico de las Aves, producidas por gérmenes del grupo Salmonella, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la Tifosis Aviar y otras infecciones Paratíficas de las Aves, producidas por gérmenes del grupo Salmonella se hallan incorporadas al artículo 6° del Reglamento General de Policía Sanitaria de los Animales por la Resolución N° 803 del 18 de diciembre de 1974. Que la Resolución N° 1088 del 20 de octubre de 1975 establece un Plan Nacional de Lucha contra la Salmonellosis de las Aves. Que se hace necesario incrementar las medidas sanitarias de control de estas infecciones, que no solamente atentan contra la producción avícola, sino que mundialmente se ha detectado que algunas de ellas significan una amenaza para la salud pública. Que la presente medida cuenta con el aval de la Comisión Asesora de Sanidad Avícola, quien ve necesario que se ejerza un control bacteriológico de los pollitos BB que se importan en carácter de “Abuelos” o “Reproductores” y de los “huevos a incubar” con destino a cabañas de reproducción cuando ingresan al país, a fin de detectar aquellos posibles infectados con gérmenes del grupo Salmonella, como medida que contribuya al control de estas enfermedades. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia, de acuerdo a las facultades conferidas por la Ley N° 23.899. Por ello EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- El SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL realizará un control del estado sanitario y bacteriológico de las aves y/o huevos embrionados que ingresen al país, importados en carácter de Abuelos o Reproductores, con destino a Cabañas de Reproducción. ARTICULO 2°.- Asimismo el control mencionado en el artículo 1° se ejercerá en los aeropuertos internacionales y/o puestos de frontera. �ARTICULO 3°.- De cada partida de pollitos BB o huevos para incubación que ingresen el país, los agentes del SERVICIO DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS extraerán una muestra no mayor de UNO POR CIENTO (1%) y no menor al UN DECIMO POR CIENTO (0,1%) de la totalidad del embarque, que será derivada a la GERENCIA DE DIAGNOSTICO, CONTROL Y METODOS – DICOM, para su procesamiento, el resto de las aves o huevos para incubación de la correspondiente partida, seguirán su tránsito al establecimiento de destino, dentro del cual permanecerán aisladas del resto de las aves en existencia en el mismo, hasta tanto se conozcan los resultados de los exámenes bacteriológicos mencionados. ARTICULO 4°.- El Programa de Granja de la GERENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS informará a los responsables del establecimiento o firma importadora, con la entrega de un protocolo oficial de análisis, de los resultados obtenidos de cada partida, con su correspondiente identificación. ARTICULO 5°.- En los casos en que los resultados de los exámenes bacteriológicos resultaron positivos, la GERENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS interdictará el lote de aves o huevos de la partida correspondiente, hasta tanto se resuelva entre el SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL y los responsables del establecimiento, el destino de dichas aves. ARTICULO 6°.- Facúltase a la GERENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS a dictar las normas y procedimientos complementarios a la presente Resolución. ARTICULO 7°.- Los infractores a la presente resolución serán pasibles de sanciones prescriptas en el artículo 26 de la Ley N° 23899. ARTICULO 8°.- Regístrese, comuníquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
