VISTO el Decreto N° 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, sus modificatorios, el Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de junio de 2010,
y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por las presentes actuaciones se tramita el desplazamiento del Doctor D. Gustavo Ezequiel IABICHELLA, de la Dirección Nacional de Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria del
SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a la Ciudad de
Düsseldorf, REPÚBLICA FEDERAL DE ALEMANIA, entre los días 3 y 9 de julio de 2016.
Que dicho desplazamiento tiene por objeto participar del "Curso BTSF referido a
Productos de Origen Animal".
Que los gastos que origine el cumplimiento de la referida misión serán cubiertos por
el Better Training for Safer Food (BTSF) de la UNIÓN EUROPEA.
Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por los Artículos 5° y 21 del Decreto N° 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, sus modificatorios, y por el Artículo
8°, inciso h) del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825
del 10 de junio de 2010.
Por ello,

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Autorízase el desplazamiento Doctor D. Gustavo Ezequiel IABICHELLA, de la
Dirección Nacional de Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a la Ciudad de Düsseldorf, REPÚBLICA FEDERAL DE ALEMANIA, entre los días 3 y 9 de julio de 2016, por los motivos expuestos en el segundo
considerando de la presente resolución, quedando a cargo del Better Training for Safer Food (BTSF)
de la UNIÓN EUROPEA, los gastos que origine el cumplimiento de la referida misión.
