VISTO el Expediente N° S05:0032268/2015 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE
AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por dicho expediente se tramita la autorización del desplazamiento del Médico
Veterinario Vicente José Pablo REA PIDCOVA, perteneciente a la Dirección de Centro Regional
Córdoba del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a la
Ciudad de Filadelfia, ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA, entre los días 12 y 21 de junio de 2015.
Que dicho desplazamiento tiene por objeto participar de la capacitación de "Emergency Poultry Disease Response Certificate Course".
Que los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la referida misión quedarán a cargo
del USDA/APHIS de los ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA.
Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por los Artículos 5° y 21 del Decreto N° 280 del 23 de febrero de 1995, sus modificatorios, y el Artículo 8°, inciso
h) del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de junio
de 2010.
Por ello,

RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO 1°.- Autorízase el desplazamiento del Médico Veterinario Vicente José Pablo REA PIDCOVA, perteneciente a la Dirección de Centro Regional Córdoba del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE

VISTO el Expediente N° 505:0021490/2015 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE
AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA Y PESCA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que la Doctora Claudia Beatriz GONZÁLEZ, Presidente de la Plataforma Alérgenos
en Alimentos, solicita el auspicio de este Organismo a las I" Jornadas Internacionales de Alérgenos en Alimentos — JIAA 2015, a realizarse en Buenos Aires entre los días 25 y 26 de agosto de
2015.
Que debido a que las actividades a desarrollarse en el marco de las citadas jornadas
son de interés para este Servicio Nacional, se considera favorable acceder a lo solicitado.
Que el auspicio antes mencionado no implicará erogación alguna para este Organis-

Se incorpora como articulo 10 bis de la resolucion n° 356/2008 de la ex-secretaria de agricultura, ganaderia, pesca y alimentos el siguiente:<br />'articulo 10 bis: mercancias. se incorporan al sistema integrado de gestion de sanidad animal (sigsa) las mercancias que a continuacion se detallan, siendo el documento de transito electronico (dt-e), el unico documento valido para su amparo. se deroga el articulo 12 de la resolucion nâ° 356 del 17 de octubre de 2008 de la ex-secretaria de agricultura, ganaderia, pesca y alimentos. abrogacion. se abroga la resolucion nâ° 848 del 22 de julio de 1998 del servicio nacional de sanidad y calidad agroalimentaria.
