Se aprueba el procedimiento para garantizar el origen de manzanas, peras, y subproductos y de la región patagónica con destino a mercados fuera de la región. Autoriza la percepción de un canon contributivo obligatorio aplicable a la producción primaria de manzanas y peras, en concepto de control y erradicación de plagas: Programas de Control y Erradicación de Moscas de los Frutos y Programa de Control de la Carpocapsa. Establece que las empresas industrializadoras y/o elaboradoras serán los agentes de retención para fruta fresca que se destine a industria.

Todas las mezclas físicas granuladas y los fertilizantes complejos (ternarios o binarios) que ingresen o se comercialicen en el país, deberán cumplir con los siguientes parametros de calidad física: el 80% de la misma queda retenida en 3 tamices consecutivos. No sobrepasar el 2% de polvo y cómo máximo el 1,5 % retenido en malla ASTM 4. Las exepciones de lo dispuesto precedentemente serán evaluadas individualmente por el Departamento Técnico del IASCAV.
