Por ello y atento el Dictamen Legal obrante a fs 8, EL SECRETARIO DE ESTADO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERIA RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Autorizase al SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL a fijar el importe de venta de cada dosis de vacuna que entregue para atender las situaciones enunciadas en el preámbulo de la presente resolución, en una suma igual al precio de venta al público establecido por el laboratorio productor de vacuna antiaftosa en el que el Organismo oficial haya adquirido el mencionado producto. ARTICULO 2°.- El importe de venta deberá mantener estricta relación en todos los casos con el precio oficial que fije el Gobierno Nacional para dicho producto. ARTICULO 3°.- Los importes que se recauden por tal concepto ingresarán al cálculo de recursos de la C.E. 813 - SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL. ARTICULO 4°.- Déjase sin efecto la Resolución N° 405 de fecha 7 de mayo de 1074. ARTICULO 5°.- Tómese nota, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL para su publicación y archívese.
