Resolución Conjunta 15 y 105/2004
BUENOS AIRES, 17 de febrero de 2004
VISTO el Expediente Nº 929/2004 del registro del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, el Decreto Nº 993 del 27 de mayo de
1991 (t.o. 1995) y las Resoluciones Conjuntas entre las ex SECRETARIA DE LA
FUNCION PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS y la
SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA del ex MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y OBRAS Y
SERVICIOS PUBLICOS Nº 263 del 11 de diciembre de 1997, y Nº 103 del 9 de
junio de 1999, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por el Decreto citado en el Visto se aprobó el cuerpo normativo que
constituye el Sistema Nacional de la Profesión Administrativa.
Que el artículo 38 del Anexo I del Decreto mencionado dispone que la selección
para la cobertura de los cargos con funciones ejecutivas, estará a cargo del comité
integrado por funcionarios o ex funcionarios de reconocido prestigio o miembros
destacados de Academias Nacionales, Consejos o Colegios Profesionales,
docentes o especialistas universitarios, los que serán designados conforme lo
previsto en el mismo.
Que por las Resoluciones citadas en el Visto se procedieron a incorporar,
homologar, reasignar y derogar, varios cargos del Nomenclador de Funciones
Ejecutivas.
Que corresponde proceder a la integración del Comité de Selección, según lo
solicitado por la jurisdicción respectiva.
Que por las actuaciones mencionadas en el Visto, el Señor Presidente del Servicio
Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria, propone la constitución del
Comité de Selección respectivo con las personas que a juicio de la autoridad
competente reúnen las aptitudes para integrar el referido Comité, adjuntando
asimismo, los antecedentes curriculares correspondientes.
Que la SUBSECRETARIA DE LA GESTION PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE
GABINETE DE MINISTROS, no advierte que en el caso se haya producido un
apartamiento de las disposiciones que, en lo que respecta a la constitución del
órgano de marras, prevé el mentado artículo 38, motivo por el cual, desde el punto
de vista de su competencia específica, no encuentra observaciones que formular
al oportuno refrendo del acto en análisis.
Que el Señor PRESIDENTE DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA y el Señor SUBSECRETARIO DE LA GESTION
PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS se encuentran
facultados para el dictado del presente acto, en virtud de lo dispuesto por el citado
artículo 38 del Anexo I del Decreto Nº 993/91 (t.o. 1995).

RESUELVEN:
ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase como miembros de Comité de Selección para la
cobertura de cargos con funciones ejecutivas que se agregan en el Anexo I de la
presente, a las siguientes personas: Ingeniero Agrónomo Luis María FIRPO
BRENTA (DNI Nº 4.417.271), Médico Veterinario Aníbal Juan FRANCO (DNI Nº
4.359.152), Doctor en Médico Veterinario Emilio Juan GIMENO (LE Nº 4.237.707),
Doctor Eduardo Lucio PALMA (LE Nº 4.399.810) e Ingeniera Agrónoma Norma
Cristina VACCARO (DNI Nº 5.132.695).
ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del
Registro Oficial y archívese.

VISTO el Expediente N° S01:0058184/2005 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y PRODUCCION, el
Decreto N° 993 del 27 de mayo de 1991, T.O. 1995, las Resoluciones Conjuntas entre la ex- SECRETARIA DE LA
FUNCION PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS y la SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA del exMINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y OBRAS Y SERVICIOS PUBLICOS Nros. 263 del 11 de diciembre de 1997 y 103 del
9 de junio de 1999, entre la SUBSECRETARIA DE LA GESTION PUBLICA DE LA JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE
MINISTROS N° 15 y el SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA N° 105 de fecha 17
de febrero de 2004, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por el Decreto citado en el Visto se aprobó el cuerpo normativo que constituye el Sistema Nacional de la
Profesión Administrativa.
Que el artículo 38 del Anexo I del Decreto mencionado dispone que la selección para la cobertura de los cargos con
funciones ejecutivas, estará a cargo del comité integrado por funcionarios o ex funcionarios de reconocido prestigio o
miembros destacados de Academias Nacionales, Consejos o Colegios profesionales, docentes o especialistas
universitarios, los que serán designados conforme lo previsto en el mismo.
Que por la Resoluciones Conjuntas N° 263/1997 y 103/1999 citada en el Visto se procedió a incorporar, reasignar,
ratificar, homologar y derogar varios cargos al Nomenclador de Funciones Ejecutivas del citado Ministerio.
Que mediante la Resolución Conjunta SSGP N° 15/04 - SENASA N° 105/04 citada en el Visto fueron designados los
miembros del Comité de Selección, entre otros, al Médico Veterinario Aníbal Juan FRANCO, para cubrir varios
cargos.
Que mediante nota de fecha 15 de diciembre de 2004, dicho funcionario eleva su renuncia para participar del resto
de los concursos previstos por la Resolución SENASA N° 234/03.
Que, el Señor Presidente del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA acepta la
renuncia y solicita se incorpore como reemplazante al Médico Veterinario Roberto Ramón PAULI cuyos
antecedentes curriculares se encuentran agregados a estos actuados.
Que la SUBSECRETARIA DE LA GESTION PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS, no
advierte que en el caso se haya producido un apartamiento de las disposiciones que, en lo que respecta a la

RESUELVEN:
ARTICULO 1° — Acéptese la renuncia presentada por el Médico Veterinario Aníbal Juan FRANCO (D.N.I. N°
4.359.152) como miembro integrante del Comité de Selección para la cobertura de cargos con función ejecutiva que
se detallan en la planilla que como ANEXO I forma parte integrante de la presente.
ARTICULO 2° — Desígnase al Médico Veterinario Roberto Ramón PAULI (D.N.I. N° 5.881.317 como reemplazante
del Médico Veterinario Aníbal Juan FRANCO (D.N.I. N° 4.359.152) en el Comité de Selección para la cobertura de
los cargos mencionados en el ANEXO I.
ARTICULO 3° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial archívese.
