VI STO el Decreto N° 2266 de fecha 29 de octubre de
1991 Y.
CONSIDERANDO:
Que en el mismo se crea la UNIDAD PRESIDENCIA y l a
DIRECCION NACIONAL DE INSPECCION GENERAL.
Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen
imperativo conformar los cuadros administrativos. adecuandolos
a la estructura organizativa establecida por el mencionado
Drecreto.
Que el articulo 17 del Decreto N° 2266/91 se except~a.
a los fines de la puesta en marcha de la estructura
aprobada, segun lo dispuesto en el art i culo 18 del Decreto
Nº 2043/80.
Que para la designación que se propone se ha
evaluado la capacidad, idoneidad y conocimientos indispensables requeridos para el desempeño del cargo para el cual ha

s ido propuesto.
Que la presente Resoluc i ón se encuadra en las
facultades conferidas por el articulo 10, inciso j Y articulo
29 del Decreto Nº 2266/91.

RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- Designase a partir del 1° de enero de 1992, en
el Cargo Categoria 24, de la UNIDAD PRESIDENCIA, al Ing. Agr.
JESUS ARMANDO MACEIRAS, DNI. 8.108.781.
ARTICULO 2°.- Asignase funciones de SECRETARIO TECNICO, al
funcionario designado en el articulo anterior.
ARTICULO 3°.- Sin perjuicio de las funciones asignadas en el
articulo anterior, asignase funciones de DIRECTOR NACIONAL DE
INSPECCION GENERAL, al funcionario designado en el articulo
1º.
ARTICULO 4°.- Registrese, comuniquese y archivase.

CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Decreto N° 2266/91 crea el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL por transformacion de la e xDIRECCION NACIONAL DE PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACION AGRICOLA y
el ex- SERVICIO NACIONAL DE MICROBIOLOGIA Y QUIMICA AGRICOLA,
correspondiendo reubicar al personal de las ex unidades.
Que para la reubi cación se ha evaluado la capacidad, idoneidad y conocimientos indispensables requeridos para
el desempeño del cargo para el cual ha sido propuesto.
Que la presente disposici6n se encuadra en las
facultades conferidas por el articulo 10, inciso j y art i c ulo

VISTO el Decreto n° 2.266/91, el Decreto nº 993/91,
la Resolucion conjunta MEyOySP-SFP-PN nº 51/91 y la Resolución
Conjunta MEyOySP-SFP-PN n° 54/91 y,
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Decreto N° 2266/91 crea el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL por transfo rmaci6n de la exDIRECCION NACIONAL DE PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACION AGRICOLA y
el ex-SERVICIO NACIONAL DE MICROBIOLOGIA Y QUIMICA AGRICOLA,

Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen

Anexo I.
ARTICULO 2g.- Desígnase, a partir del 1° de enero de 1992,
dentro de la DIRECCION DE LABORATORIOS, en los agrupamientos,
tramos y categorías que en cada caso se indican, a los agentes
que se detallan en el Anexo II.
ARTICULO 3g __ Regístrese, comuníquese y archívese.
