Que es necesario reglamentar los requisitos a que deben ajustarse las personas físicas o jurídicas que se dediquen a efectuar las pruebas diagnósticas a que hace referencia el citado instrumento legal. Que corresponde que el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS, dependiente del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL lleve el registro nacional respectivo, produciendo las habilitaciones pertinentes. Por ello, atento a lo actuado en mérito a lo propuesto por el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS y en ejercicio de las facultades acordadas por el Decreto N° 1181 del 2 de julio de 1976 y lo establecido en el Anexo II del Decreto N° 182 del 11 de enero de 1983, EL DIRECTOR DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Toda persona física o jurídica que se dedique a efectuar la prueba serológica de inmunodifusión en agar para diagnóstico de Anemia Infecciosa Equina, deberá inscribirse en el registro que, a tal efecto, llevará el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS dependiente del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL declarando disponer de local para desarrollar actividades. ARTICULO 2°.- El SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS dispondrá la habilitación de los locales citados en el artículo anterior, y otorgará a los interesados un certificado que acredite la misma. ARTICULO 3°.- Serán requisitos obligatorios para otorgarse las habilitaciones previstas en el artículo anterior, los siguientes: a) el laboratorio o local destinado a las pruebas serológicas mencionadas no deberá tener comunicación directa con dependencias de vivienda. b) Disponer de un mínimo de un ambiente de dimensiones apropiadas, que posea pisos, paredes y mesas impermeables o impermeabilizados de manera que aseguren su perfecta higienización y desinfección. c) Estar dotados de los aparatos, instrumental y elementos necesarios para asegurar la correcta realización de las pruebas que motivan la correspondiente habilitación. �ARTICULO 4°.- No podrán realizar la prueba de inmunodifusión en agar con fines diagnósticos para Anemia Infecciosa Equina todas aquellas personas que no sean médicos veterinarios. ARTICULO 5°.- Queda asimismo prohibido la realización de las pruebas citadas en lugares no habilitados por el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS. ARTICULO 6°.- Los profesionales citados en el artículo 4° deberán acreditar ante el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS su idoneidad para la realización de este tipo de análisis. A tales efectos deberán gestionar el otorgamiento de una certificación específica. ARTICULO 7°.- Para el diagnóstico de la Anemia Infecciosa Equina mediante la prueba serológica de inmunodifusión en agar serán utilizados exclusivamente los reactivos que consten inscriptos en el Registro Nacional de productos veterinarios que lleva el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS. ARTICULO 8°.- Las firmas elaboradoras o importadoras de productos destinados a la prueba diagnóstica de que trata la presente resolución, deberán llevar un registro de todas las series o partidas que se distribuyan en el país, teniendo la obligación de comunicar mensualmente al SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS dicha distribución. ARTICULO 9°.- Regístrese y pase al SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS a sus efectos.
