RESOLUCION Nº 468/98
RESUMEN: Prorroga el plazo para la habilitación de establecimientos avícolas y autoriza un
nuevo modelo de Certificado de Habilitación.
BUENOS AIRES, 23 de abril de 1998
VISTO el expediente Nº 4530/98 y la Resolución Nº 614 del 13 de agosto de 1997 ambos del
registro del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que habiéndose cumplido el plazo establecido para la habilitación de los establecimientos
avícolas de producción, por el artículo 10 de la Resolución Nº 614 del 13 de agosto de 1997 del
registro del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, resulta
necesario prorrogar el mismo, a fin de ampliar las posibilidades de habilitación a una gran parte de
los establecimientos avícolas de producción existentes.
Que por razones de orden operativo y administrativo, a un gran número de establecimientos
comprendidos en la resolución mencionada, aún no han sido habilitados.
Que se ha diseñado un nuevo modelo de Certificado de Habilitación de Establecimientos Avícolas
de producción, que reemplazará al que forma parte del Anexo II de la Resolución Nº 614 del 13 de
agosto de 1997 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA.
Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha dictaminado, no encontrando reparos de orden legal al
respecto.
Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia en virtud de las facultades que le
confiere el artículo 8º, inciso m) del Decreto Nº 1585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1º.- Prorrógase el plazo establecido en el artículo 10º de la Resolución Nº 614 del 13
de agosto de 1997 del registro del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD
AGROALIMENTARIA, por un período de DIEZ (10) meses, a partir de la firma de la presente
resolución. Los establecimientos que se instalaren posteriormente al vencimiento de dicho
período, deberán asimismo ajustarse a lo establecido en la resolución que se menciona.
ARTICULO 2º.- Modifícase el Anexo II de la Resolución Nº 614 del 13 de agosto de 1997 del
SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, por el Modelo de
Certificado de Habilitación de Establecimientos Avícolas que como Anexo forma parte integrante
de la presente resolución.
ARTICULO 3º.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
archívese.
