VISTO la necesidad de dar respuestas a las demandas técnicas que surgen de la marcha del Plan Nacional de Lucha contra la Fiebre Aftosa, que hace inferir la conveniencia de encarar una integración institucional que tienda a esos logros, y CONSIDERANDO: Que los hechos que son de público conocimiento obligan a acelerar la puesta en marcha del Proyecto elaborado por esta Administración, tendiente a convocar a los mejores recursos tecnológicos y humanos que posee el país en el tema Virología, para conformar un Consejo Asesor que se integre en forma permanente al ámbito de éste Servicio Nacional, que oriente y aconseje sobre estrategias y metodologías en esa materia. Que en ese orden de ideas cabría invitar para su integración a entidades que por su capacidad operativa y su desarrollo académico y científico puedan ser consideradas referentes de relevancia a nivel nacional, como lo son en el caso EL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TECNOLOGIA AGROPECUARIA (INTA), y el CONSEJO NACIONAL DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTIFICAS Y TECNICAS (CONICET), a través de su Organismo específico EL CENTRO DE VIROLOGIA ANIMAL (CEVAN). Que la conformación de tal Consejo coadyuvará a lograr uniformidad en las decisiones técnicas, el necesario consenso científico para avanzar en la lucha contra las enfermedades que atentan la salud animal y plasmar en hechos concretos el aprovechamiento de los recursos ya citados, que redundará indudablemente en una optimización global de los Servicios de Laboratorios. Que la SUBGERENCIA DE ASUNTOS JURIDICOS ha emitido opinión legal al respecto. Que el suscripto es competente para proceder en consecuencia de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 11 de la Ley 23.899. Por ello EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Créase en el ámbito de éste SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL - GERENCIA DE DIAGNOSTICOS, CONTROL Y METODOS el CONSEJO ASESOR PERMANENTE EN VIROLOGIA ANIMAL. ARTICULO 2°.- Invítase a integrar el citado Consejo Asesor a representantes del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TECNOLOGIA AGROPECUARIA (INTA), y del CONSEJO NACIONAL DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTIFICAS Y TECNICAS (CONICET). ARTICULO 3°.- Desígnase a los Doctores Rodolfo Cesar ACERBI y Ricardo MARESCA a fin de elaborar en forma conjunta con las entidades que integrarán el �Consejo Asesor, los respectivos proyectos de Convenios de colaboración y las bases reglamentarias para desarrollar su labor.
