Ver Resolución ex SAG Nº 70/82, Decreto 2712/79. BUENOS AIRES, 21 de diciembre de 1984 VISTO la Resolución Nº 70/82 reglamentaria del Decreto Nº 2712 y, CONSIDERANDO: Que el servicio de apoyo a la fiscalización oficial de manzanas y peras con destino a la exportación a cargo de profesionales ingenieros agrónomos de la actividad privada constituye el fundamento básico del sistema impuesto por ese instrumento legal. Que no obstante el tiempo transcurrido desde la puesta en vigencia del mencionado servicio, aún subsisten ciertas diferencias en su accionar que necesariamente deben ser superadas. Que en consecuencia resulta prioritario encauzar el mismo, de modo de asegurar el cumplimiento de la función encomendada a los citados profesionales. Que conforme a lo establecido en el Artículo 11 del mencionado decreto, esta Secretaría se halla facultada para dictar el presente acto. Por ello, EL SECRETARIO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERIA RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1º.- Constitúyese en el ámbito de la Dirección Nacional de Fiscalización y Comercialización Agrícola de esta dependencia, el Comité Profesional de asesorar al citado organismo en lo concerniente a: - Evaluación del desempeño de los ingenieros agrónomos de la actividad privada en la certificación de la sanidad de manzanas y peras destinadas a la exportación, de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Resolución Nº 70 del 23 de febrero de 1982 que reglamenta al Decreto Nº 2712 del 23 de octubre de 1979. - Determinación de las altas y bajas de los nombrados profesionales del Registro respectivo. - Coordinación de los cursos de capacitación previstos en el artículo 12 de la mencionada resolución y de actualización técnica de dichos profesionales. ARTICULO 2º.- El Comité Profesional de Evaluación estará integrado por Dos (2) representantes de la Dirección Nacional de Fiscalización y Comercialización Agrícola y Uno (1) a propuesta del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Agronómica (Ley Nº 14.467; Decreto Ley Nº 6070/58. Que la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías y productos derivados de los huevos, imponen la actualización y adecuación de la normativa reglamentaria. Que los establecimientos elaboradores de huevo líquido, congelado y/o deshidratado, como así también los destinados a acopio, depósito, clasificación y envasado, reúnen características singulares y propias que hacen necesario independizarlos de la actual asimilación con las fábricas de Chacinados. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia, en virtud de la delegación de funciones acordadas mediante el decreto n° 2.551 de fecha 30 de diciembre de 1986. Que la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías a la obtención de productos cárnicos imponen la adecuación de la normativa reglamentaria. Que los servicios de inspección de productos de origen animal en su dependencia contarán así, con normas debidamente actualizadas que mejorarán su acción de fiscalización de la elaboración de alimentos cárneos con el consiguiente beneficio de los consumidores. Que se ha expedido favorablemente en sus vistas la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia en función de lo que determina el Decreto n° 2551, artículo 2°, inciso b) del 30 de diciembre de 1986.
