Que las pautas seguidas internacionalmente marcan una tendencia en el sentido de inducir dicha revisión. Que el aspecto a modificar no hace peligrar la calidad higiéico-sanitaria del producto. Que las operaciones de importación y exportación se verán facilitadas, permitiendo la competitividad de la producción nacional y la integración regional latinoamericana. Que la declaración de componentes requerida en dicha modificación ampara al consumidor en el conocimiento de la composición del producto adquirido, asegurándose la lealtad comercial necesaria. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en ésta instancia, en virtud de las facultades conferidas en la Ley 23.899. Por ello, EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Apruébase el nuevo texto del numeral 23.9.6. del Reglamento de Inspección de Productos, Subproductos y Derivados de Origen Animal, que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera: "Conservas en Aceite "23.9.6. Para poder rotular las conservas de pescado como "al aceite o en aceite" "deberán haber sido elaboradas utilizando en todos los casos aceites comestibles "vegetales. En tales conservas, el peso mínimo escurrido será del 66,6% y debe"rá ser declarado en el rótulo del producto, junto con el peso neto correspondien"te". �ARTICULO 2°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
