BUENOS AIRES, 11 de agosto de 1993. VISTO el expediente N° 932/93 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, en el que obra el Protocolo sobre la REGION NOROESTE ARGENTINA (NOA) como AREA LIBRE DE CANCRO CITRICO, elaborado por la Dirección de Cuarentena Vegetal dependiente de la DIRECCION NACIONAL DE PROTECCION VEGETAL, y CONSIDERANDO: Que el citado Protocolo incluye los antecedentes de la enfermedad “cancrosis de los cítricos” en la REPUBLICA ARGENTINA y el diseño de una Campaña de Prevención contra la Cancrosis de los Cítricos en el NOA, juntamente con el Programa de Emergencia. Que corresponde al INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL organizar e instrumentar los programas de prevención, erradicación y control de plagas agrícolas y entender en la planificación y ejecución de dichos programas, especialmente los referidos a plagas de importancia cuarentenaria. Que es menester implementar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de la Resolución N° 45 de fecha 7 de febrero de 1991 de la ex SUBSECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, por la que se declara como “área libre de cancrosis cítrica (Xanthomonas campestris p.v. citri)” el área comprendida por las provincias de JUJUY, SALTA, TUCUMAN Y CATAMARCA. Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto en virtud a lo dispuesto por el artículo 10, inciso ñ) del Decreto N° 2266 de fecha 29 de octubre de 1991. Por ello EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Apruébase el Protocolo sobre la REGION NOROESTE ARGENTINA (NOA) como AREA LIBRE DE CANCRO CITRICO, que incluye la Campaña de Prevención contra la Cancrosis de los Cítricos en el NOA, el Programa de Emergencia y el Procedimiento de Certificación de Origen, que obran en el presente expediente a fs. 1/106. ARTICULO 2°.- Remítase el documento mencionado en el artículo precedente al COMITE REGIONAL FITOSANITARIO DEL NOROESTE ARGENTINO (CORENOA) reconocido por la Resolución N° 638 de fecha 24 de julio de 1992 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, para su consideración y aprobación. �ARTICULO 3°.- Gestiónese por conducto del COMITE REGIONAL FITOSANITARIO DEL NOROESTE ARGENTINO (CORENOA) la adhesión a la campaña por parte de las provincias de SALTA, JUJUY, CATAMARCA Y TUCUMAN. Que en dicho Registro se administra información provista por personas físicas o jurídicas que solicitan las inscripciones correspondientes. Que parte de la información suministrada por dichas personas es producto de investigación y desarrollo propio. Que es pertinente otorgar un marco de seguridad respecto a tal información. Que el suscripto se encuentra facultado para dictar el presente acto, en virtud de lo normado en el artículo 6°, inciso d) por aplicación del artículo 11, inciso c) del Decreto N° 2266 de fecha 29 de octubre de 1991, modificado por su similar N° 1172 de fecha 10 de julio de 1992.
