BUENOS AIRES, 8/11/91 VISTO el expediente N° 6357/91, por el cual la GERENCIA DE FISCALIZACION Y COMERCIALIZACION GANADERA propicia el establecimiento de pautas para la correcta identificación de las partidas de leche en polvo, que se importen, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la experiencia indica que la leche en polvo entera, descremada y parcialmente descremada, deben cumplimentar pautas en salvaguarda de la salud humana. Que entre las mismas adquieren particular relevancia las referidas a la denominación del producto, el país de origen o de la elaboración, las fechas de elaboración y de vencimiento y el contenido neto de los envases. Que la correcta especificación de dichas pautas permitirá el eficiente contralor por parte de la GERENCIA DE FISCALIZACION Y COMERCIALIZACION GANADERA. Que el suscripto es competente para atender en estas instancias, de acuerdo con las facultades conferidas por el artículo 11, inciso g) de la Ley 23.899. Por ello, EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Las partidas de leche en polvo que se importen en sus estados de entera, descremada y parcialmente descremada, deberán cumplimentar, a partir de los TREINTA (30) DIAS de publicada la presente resolución, los siguientes recaudos en el etiquetado o rotulado de todos sus continentes o envases: a) Denominación del producto. b) Estado de elaboración (entera, descremada, parcialmente descremada), �c) País en que se elaboró el producto. d) Fecha de elaboración y fecha de vencimiento e su aptitud para el consumo, declaradas por la firma elaboradora del producto. e) Contenido neto de cada continente o envase, expresado en el sistema métrico decimal. ARTICULO 2°.La GERENCIA COMERCIALIZACION GANADERA, en aplicación, no autorizará el despacho a plaza que no se ajusten a las pautas establecidas resolución.
