Que es facultad del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL dictar las normas complementarias que fueran necesarias para la mejor aplicación de las reglamentaciones vigentes, tal como lo establece el artículo 4° del Decreto N° 3899/72, modificatorio del Decreto N° 583/67. Por ello, atento a lo actuado en mérito a lo dispuesto por el SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS y en ejercicio de las facultades acordadas por el Decreto N° 1747 de fecha 4 de diciembre de 1974 y lo establecido en el Anexo II del Decreto N° 182 de enero de 1973. ARTICULO 2°.- Los productos químico-farmacéuticos cuya valoración sea afectada por métodos biológicos deberán tener no menos de 80% ni más de 125% de la concentración declarada. Queda expresamente aclarado que se recurrirá a la utilización de un método biológico para la valoración cuando no exista un método químico suficientemente adecuado, quedando la elección a juicio del SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS, organismo de aplicación. ARTICULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y vuelva al SERVICIO DE LABORATORIOS a sus efectos.
