Que mediante Resolución N° 549 del 27 de junio de 1994 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA se ha prevista la vigencia del mismo para todas las operaciones de la campaña 1995/6. Que a pedido de los operadores de los diferentes mercados se ha fijado como fecha de iniciación para la aplicación del nuevo estándar del trigo pan, el 1 de noviembre de 1995. Que se ha impuesto una nueva metodología operativa para mercados de compraventa con entregas a futuro en un ámbito diferente al de los Mercados Cereales a Término. Que se hace necesario precisar la fecha de vigencia para esta nueva modalidad. Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto, en virtud a lo dispuesto por el artículo 4° inciso a) del Decreto N° 1008 del 7 de julio de 1995. Por ello EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Aplíquese el estándar de trigo pan aprobado por Resolución N° 261 del 19 de mayo de 1995 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, para todas las operaciones con entregas a partir del 1 de noviembre de 1995.
