Que es preciso adecuar los envases y sistemas de empaque para una buena conservación de la mercadería. Que la autorización que se concede es en carácter de ensayo, hasta tanto no se conozcan fehacientemente sus resultados. Que atento a la facultad conferida por Resolución N° 749 de fecha 25 de agosto de 1988 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, y encuadrándose en las prescripciones establecidas en el Decreto N° 71.178 de fecha 20 de noviembre de 1935 que reglamenta la materia y los artículos 6° inciso a) y 10, inciso a) por aplicación del artículo 11, inciso i) del Decreto N° 2266 de fecha 29 de octubre de 1991, modificado por su similar N° 1172 de fecha 10 de julio de 1992. Por ello EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Autorízase, con carácter de ensayo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993, los envases de pimiento para exportación que a continuación se describen: A: Envase de madera de CATORCE (14) kilogramos. a) Medidas de luz interna (en milímetros) Largo: 500; ancho: 270 y alto: 140. b) Los cabezales, laterales y fondo estarán constituidos por tablas de madera unidas mediante clavos a los esquineros, y en la prolongación de éstos en los cabezales tendrán una madera clavada a modo de travesaño. c) El acondicionamiento será en TRES (3) camadas, siendo cada una de ellas ordenada en dos hileras laterales enfrentadas y una central perpendicular a los laterales cubiertos por red de malla plástica abierta color verde. d) El peso neto será de CATORCE (14) kilogramos. B: Envases de madera de DIEZ (10) kilogramos. a) Medidas de luz interna (en milímetros) Largo: 470; ancho: 300 y alto 160. b) Los cabezales, laterales y fondo estarán conformados por tablas de madera clavadas a los esquineros, y en la prolongación de éstos del lago de los cabezales se unirán mediante clavos a un travesaño. c) El acondicionamiento será en DOS (2) camadas, siendo cada una de ellas ordenadas en dos filas laterales enfrentadas y una central perpendicular a los laterales recubiertas con una red de malla plástica abierta color roja. d) El peso neto será de DIEZ (10) kilogramos. C: Envases de madera de OCHO (8) kilogramos �a) 1 - Medidas de luz interna (en milímetros) Largo: 500, ancho: 270 y alto: 140. a) 2 – Largo: 480; ancho: 295 y alto: 140. b) Los cabezales, laterales y fondo estarán constituidos por tablas de madera unidas mediante clavos a los esquineros y en la prolongación de éstos irá clavada una tabla a modo de travesaño en los cabezales. c) El acondicionamiento de estos envases será en DOS (2) camadas, cada una de ellas ordenadas en dos filas laterales enfrentadas y una central perpendicular a los laterales. El envase identificado con las medidas de luz interna a) 1- llevará cubriendo la mercadería un celofán transparente y el a) 2- una red de malla plástica color roja. d) El peso neto de ambos envases será de OCHO (8) kilogramos. D: Envase de cartón corrugado de OCHO (8) kilogramos. a) Medidas de luz interna (en milímetros) Largo: 480; ancho: 280 y alto: 140 b) La caja será de cartón corrugado que al ser doblado y pegado conformará el envase dejando a forma de visor en el medio un espacio en la unión de las tapas. c) El acondicionamiento será en DOS (2) camadas, cada una de ellas ordenadas en dos filas enfrentadas y una central perpendicular a los laterales. d) El peso neto de la caja será de OCHO (8) kilogramos. ARTICULO 2°.- Las partidas que se exporten con los envases de referencia deberán cumplir con las normas reglamentarias en vigencia. ARTICULO 3°.- Las firmas que utilicen estos envases deberán informar documentadamente a la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y Mercados sobre los resultados obtenidos en el exterior, requerimiento sin el cual no se dará lugar a prórroga, rehabilitación o autorización definitiva. VISTO el expediente Nº 2009/95 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, las leyes Nros. 4084 y 23981, la Resolución Nº 468 del 24 de mayo de 1994 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA y el Decreto Nº 83732 del 3 de junio de 1936, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la comercialización de materiales de propagación de Coníferas y Eucalyptus sp. Producidas in vitro reviste cada vez mayor importancia. Que esta práctica disminuye los riesgos de dispersión de plagas cuarentenarias. Que para las Salicáceas, en algunos casos se utilizan como medio de propagación la semilla verdadera. Que en la V Reunión del Comité Directivo del Comité Regional de Sanidad Vegetal (COSAVE), realizada en San Pablo, REPUBLICA FEDERATIVA DEL BRASIL, del 25 de Octubre al 30 de octubre de 1993, se resolvió por Resolución Nº 14, solicitar al Consejos de Ministros ampliar los alcances de la Resolución Nº 9 de la III del Comité Directivo. Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto en virtud a las facultades conferidas por el artículo 6º inciso a) del Decreto 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991 y sus modificatorios. Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1º- Autorizar el ingreso como material de propagación para Coníferas y Eucalyptus sp., las plantas producidas “in vitro” y transferidas a sustrato estéril en invernáculos que dispongan de medidas de seguridad, para evitar su infección/infestación.
