VISTO el Decreto n° 2.266/91, el Decreto nº 993/91,
la Resolucion conjunta MEyOySP-SFP-PN nº 51/91 y la Resolución
Conjunta MEyOySP-SFP-PN n° 54/91 y,
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Decreto N° 2266/91 crea el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL por transfo rmaci6n de la exDIRECCION NACIONAL DE PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACION AGRICOLA y
el ex-SERVICIO NACIONAL DE MICROBIOLOGIA Y QUIMICA AGRICOLA,
co rrespondiendo reubicar al personal de las ex unidades.
Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen
imperativo conformar sus cuadros administrativos, adecuandolos
a la estructura organizativa establecida por el mencionado
Decreto, mediante las designaciones.
Que por el articulo 17 del Decreto N° 2266/91 se
excep tua, a los fines de la puesta en marcha de la estructura
aprobada, lo dispuesto en el articulo 18 del Decreto
N° 2043/80.
Que para las designaciones se ha e valuado la
capacidad, idoneidad y conocimientos indispensables requeridos
para el desempeño de los cargos para los cuales han s ido

ARTICU LO 1°.- Reubicase, a parti r del 1° de enero de 1992,
dent ro de la DIRECCION DE SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS, en las
catego rías que en cada caso se indican a los agentes que se
detallan en el Anexo I.
ARTICULO 2°.- Designase, a partir del 1° de enero de 1992,
dentro de la DIRECCION DE SERVICIOS ADMINISTRATIVOS, en los
agrupamientos, tramos y categorias que en cada caso se
indican, a los agentes que se detallan en el Anexo II.

CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Decreto N° 2266/91 crea el INSTI TUTO ARGENTINO
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL oor transformación de la e x -DIRECCION NACIONAL DE PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACION AGRICOLA v el
ex-SERVICIO NACIONAi . DE MICROBIOLOGIA Y QUIMICA AGRICOLA. corresoondiendo reubicar al personal de las ex unidades.
Que razones de servicio y funcionamiento hacen imperativo conformar sus cuadros administrativos. adecuándolos a la
estructura organizativa establecida por el mencionado Decreto.
mediante las designaciones.
Que por el artículo 17 del Decreto N° 2266 / 91 se e xce ptúa~ a los fines de la puesta en marcha de la estr uc t ura
aorobada.
lo dispuesto en el artículo 18 del Decreto nQ 2034 / 80
Que para las des ig nac iones se ha evaluado la capaci-
dad, idoneidad y conocimientos indispensables r@queridos para
el desempeño de los cargos para los c uales han 5ido propuestos.
Que la presente disposición se encuadra en las facul tades conferidas por el articulo 10~ inciso j Y artículo 29 del
