Que de acuerdo a la información epidemiológica existente, dichas concentraciones han dejado de ser riesgo potencial como difusores de la enfermedad. Que atento a las facultades conferidas en el artículo 1° inciso 3 de la Ley N° 3959 de fecha 17 de enero de 1903 del Reglamento General de Policía Sanitaria de los animales prevé situaciones como la presente y conforme a lo estipulado en el Anexo II del Decreto N° 182 de fecha 11 de enero de 1973, el suscripto es competente para disponer en esta instancia. Por ello EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL DISPONE: ARTICULO 1°.- Derógase la disposición N° 150/88 que suspendía las concentraciones de cerdos para invernada (cachorros). ARTICULO 2°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
