COORDINADOR DE CALIDAD Y DISEÑO ORGANIZACIONAL
VISTO el Expediente S05:0002994/2017 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE AGROINDUSTRIA, las
Resoluciones Nros. 327 del 17 de julio de 2013 y 9 del 5 de enero de 2017, ambas del SERVICIO
NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por la Resolución N° 327 del 17 de julio del 2013 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, se asignó transitoriamente funciones de Coordinador de Calidad y
Diseño Organizacional al agente de la Planta Permanente, Licenciado D. Demian Ernesto LAINO (MI Nº
23.678.623).
Que mediante la Resolución N° 9 del 5 de enero de 2017 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, se encomendó transitoriamente la atención del despacho de la
Dirección de Recursos Humanos y Organización dependiente de la Dirección Nacional Técnica y
Administrativa, al agente citado precedentemente, con motivo de la aceptación de la renuncia presentada
por el Licenciado D. Héctor Enrique GUARDO (MI Nº 21.310.980) por Resolución Nº 4 del 5 de enero de
2017 del mencionado Servicio Nacional.
Que por lo expuesto en el párrafo anterior, es necesario suspender las funciones asignadas transitoriamente
por la citada Resolución Nº 327/13 a partir del 5 de enero de 2017 en virtud de encomendar
transitoriamente las funciones asignadas por la mencionada Resolución Nº 9/17.
Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención de su competencia.
Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto, en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 8º,
inciso h) del Decreto Nº 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de
junio de 2010.
Por ello,
�EL PRESIDENTE DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO 1°.- Suspéndase las funciones asignadas transitoriamente por la Resolución N° 327 del 17 de
julio del 2013 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, a partir
del 5 de enero de 2017, por los motivos expuestos en los considerandos de la presente.
ARTÍCULO 2°.- Regístrese, comuníquese y archívese.

VISTO el Expediente N° EX-2018-14452701- -APN-DNTYA#SENASA, el Decreto N° 997 del 7 de
septiembre de 2016, la Decisión Administrativa N° 1.067 del 29 de septiembre de 2016, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Decreto N° 997 del 7 de septiembre de 2016 aprueba el Régimen de Viáticos, Alojamiento y Pasajes
del Personal de la Administración Pública Nacional en cumplimiento de misiones y comisiones al exterior
de carácter oficial.
Que la Decisión Administrativa N° 1.067 del 29 de septiembre de 2016, en su Artículo 3° establece que los
traslados por misiones o comisiones al exterior, cualquiera fuera la fuente de financiamiento del gasto,
deberán contar con la conformidad previa y expresa del titular de la jurisdicción de la cual dependan.
Que mediante Notas Nros., NO-2018-10939361-APN-V#SENASA y NO-2018-12180975-APNPRES#SENASA y NO-2018-12833887-APN-PRES#SENASA se elevaron al MINISTERIO DE
AGROINDUSTRIA las autorizaciones por excepción de los funcionarios y/o agentes del SERVICIO
NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA.
Que por Nota N° NO-2018-14324259-APN-MA, el señor Ministro de Agroindustria autorizó el
desplazamiento de los funcionarios y/o agentes detallados en la presente resolución.
Que, en consecuencia, procede destacar en comisión de servicios y autorizar los gastos que demanden la
referida misión o comisión al exterior de los funcionarios y/o agentes del mentado Servicio Nacional, según
corresponda.
Que, asimismo, corresponde que las Direcciones de Servicios Administrativos y Financieros y de Recursos
Humanos y Organización tomen la debida intervención en el ámbito de su competencia.
Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por el Decreto N° 997 del 7 de
septiembre de 2016, la Decisión Administrativa N° 1.067 del 29 de septiembre de 2016 y el Artículo 8°,
inciso h) del Decreto N° 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar N° 825 del 10 de
junio de 2010.
�Por ello,

NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por la Resolución Nº 199 del 8 de mayo de 2013 del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA, se adoptaron tratamientos fitosanitarios para los Embalajes de Madera y
Maderas de Soporte y/o Acomodación utilizadas en el comercio internacional de mercaderías y se
mantuvieron los registros creados por el Artículo 4º de la Resolución Nº 3 del 18 de enero de 2005 de la
ex-SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA Y ALIMENTOS del entonces MINISTERIO
DE ECONOMIA Y PRODUCCION, en el ámbito de la Dirección Nacional de Protección Vegetal de este
Servicio Nacional.
Que atento el deslizamiento de un error material involuntario en el Artículo 7° de la citada Resolución Nº
199/13, procede sustituir el mismo, en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 101 del Decreto Nº 1.759 del
3 de abril de 1972, reglamentario de la Ley Nacional de Procedimientos Administrativos Nº 19.549.
Que la Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos ha tomado la intervención que le compete, no encontrando reparos
de orden legal que formular.
Que la suscripta es competente para dictar el presente acto en virtud de lo dispuesto por el Artículo 8º,
inciso f) del Decreto Nº 1.585 del 19 de diciembre de 1996, sustituido por su similar Nº 825 del 10 de junio
de 2010.
Por ello,
LA PRESIDENTA DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1º — Sustitución. Se sustituye el Artículo 7° de la Resolución Nº 199 del 8 de mayo de 2013
del SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA por el siguiente texto:

“ARTICULO 7°.- INSCRIPCIONES ANTERIORES DE LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS. Los CATEM, FEM y
HOSETRAM que estuvieren inscriptos en el marco de la Resolución Nº 3 del 18 de enero de 2005 de la
ex-SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA Y ALIMENTOS no deben volver a
inscribirse.”.
ARTICULO 2° — De forma. Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
archívese. — Ing. Agr. DIANA M. GUILLEN, Presidenta, Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad
