Se prohibe el ingreso a las provincias de Neuquén, Chubut, Río Negro, Santa Cruz y Tierra del Fuego de madera del género Pinus spp provenientes del resto del país, en rollizos o aserradas, excepto en este último caso, cuando se encuentren secadas artificialmente en horno, hasta un DOCE POR CIENTO (12%) de humedad a la salida del mismo. La partida irá acompañada de un Acta protocolar del aserradero detallando las temperaturas, tiempo de exposición y humedad de la madera a la salida del horno.

RESOLUCION N° 311/94 IASCAV
RESUMEN: Faculta a las Delegaciones Agrícolas del IASCAV a emitir
CERTIFICADOS DE CALIDAD para HORTALIZAS FRESCAS.
BUENOS AIRES, 19 de julio de 1994.
VISTO el expediente N° 1415/94 del registro del INSTITUTO
ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, el artículo 5° del
Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991 y atento al Memorando
DIGE N° 81794 por el cual se solicita la autorización para la extensión
de Certificados de Calidad de frutas y hortalizas frescas de
exportación a las Delegaciones Agrícolas del INSTITUTO
ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por razones de operatividad y con el fin de agilizar las
tramitaciones pertinentes, es necesario otorgar a las Delegaciones
Agrícolas de este Instituto, la facultad para la emisión de los
certificados aludidos.
Que existen antecedentes favorables en los ya habilitados en cuanto
a su funcionalidad.
Que el suscripto es competente para dictar el presente acto en virtud
de los artículos 10, inciso c), y 11, inciso i) del Decreto N° 2266 del 29
de octubre de 1991, modificado por su similar N° 1172 del 10 de julio
de 1992.
Por ello
EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- Facúltase a las Delegaciones Agrícolas del
INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL
dependientes de la Dirección Nacional de Inspección General, para
intervenir en la emisión de los Certificados de Calidad de hortalizas
frescas que se destinen a la exportación, con ajuste a la Disposición
N° 22/90 de la ex Dirección Nacional de Producción y
Comercialización Agrícola.
ARTICULO 2°.- Facúltase a las Delegaciones Agrícolas del
INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL para
intervenir en la emisión de los Certificados de Calidad de frutas
frescas de exportación.
ARTICULO 3°.- Las Delegaciones Agrícolas emitirán los Certificados
de Calidad en función de la normativa vigente en el país y/o la
solicitada por el comprador, siguiendo en todos los casos las pautas y
criterios interpretativos de la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y
Mercados para su confección.
ARTICULO 4°.- Asimismo, las Delegaciones que emitan los
certificados de referencia, de acuerdo al artículo 2°, deberán elevar a
la Dirección de Calidad Comercial y Mercados, según planilla que
ésta establezca, un informe periódico a los efectos del control e
información estadística.
ARTICULO 5°.- Deróganse las Resoluciones Nros. 118 del 7 de julio
de 1993 y 82 del 21 de enero de 1994 del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL.
ARTICULO 6°.- Pase a la Secretaría General a sus efectos.

RESOLUCION IASCAV 321/94
RESUMEN: Aprueba la metodología para el tratamiento químico de control de la plaga
denominada “picudo mexicano del algodonero” que deberá aplicarse a todas las partidas de
algodón, semilla y/o subproductos de algodón provenientes de las Repúblicas del Paraguay y
Federativa del Brasil, en calidad de importación y/o tránsito a terceros países, que constan en el
Anexo I de la presente Resolución.
BUENOS AIRES, 27 de julio de 1994
VISTO el expediente n° 532/94 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD VEGETAL, la Resolución n° 466 del 24 de mayo de 1994 de la SECRETARIA DE
AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que ante el avance de la plaga denominada Picudo Mexicano del Algodonero (Anthonomus
grandis) proveniente de las REPUBLICAS DEL PARAGUAY y FEDERATIVA DEL BRASIL, se hace
necesario intensificar los controles de importación de fibra, semilla y otros subproductos del
algodón.
Que la Resolución n° 466 del 24 de mayo de 1994 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA,
GANADERIA Y PESCA, faculta al INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL,
a establecer la metodología y las certificaciones apropiadas para las fumigaciones de las partidas
de algodón y/o productos derivados.
Que el suscripto se encuentra facultado para dictar la presente medida, en virtud de lo dispuesto
por el artículo 10, inciso ñ) por aplicación del artículo 11, inciso i) del Decreto n° 2266 del 29 de
octubre de 1991, modificado por su similar n° 1172 del 10 de julio de 1992.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO
DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL
RESUELVE:
ARTICULO 1°.- Aprobar la metodología para el tratamiento químico de control de la plaga
denominada Picudo Mexicano del Algodonero (Anthonomus grandis) que deberá aplicarse a todas
las partidas de fibra de algodón, semillas y/o subproductos de algodón provenientes de las
REPUBLICAS DEL PARAGUAY y FEDERATIVA DEL BRASIL, en calidad de importación y/o
tránsito a terceros países, que consta en el ANEXO I, que forma parte de la presente resolución.
ARTICULO 2°.- Aprobar el tratamiento de desinsectación de vehículos, incluido en el ANEXO II,
que forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.
ARTICULO 3°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y
archívese.

ANEXO I
TRATAMIENTO DE FUMIGACION DE FIBRA DE ALGODON, SEMILLA Y/O SUBPRODUCTOS
DE ALGODON.
El tratamiento químico de control de la plaga denominada Picudo Mexicano del Algodonero
(Anthonomus grandis), para todas las partidas de fibras de algodón, semillas y/o subproductos de
�algodón procedentes de las REPUBLICAS DEL PARAGUAY y BRASIL, trátese de importaciones o
en tránsito a terceros países, deberá sujetarse a la siguiente metodología:
1.- Las partidas deberán ser fumigadas por empresas habilitadas a tal fin, en el país de origen.
2.- El lugar de la fumigación será establecido por las autoridades de dichos países en coordinación
con el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, quien efectuará la
supervisión y certificación del tratamiento químico correspondiente.
3.- Los interesados solicitarán a las autoridades sanitarias de los países mencionados la
realización del tratamiento químico, las cuales a su vez notificarán con CUARENTA Y OCHO (48)
horas de anticipación a las autoridades del Instituto para la correspondiente fiscalización del
tratamiento.
4.- La fumigación se realizará:
4.1. Dentro de los contenedores para el caso de partidas en tránsito a terceros países, los cuales
serán previamente acondicionadas para garantizar su hermeticidad.
4.2. En estibas, encarpadas, para el caso de partidas destinadas a la importación.
Los insecticidas, dosis y tiempo de exposición para ambos casos serán los que a continuación se
detallan:

CERTIFICACIONES
Una vez finalizada la fumigación, el inspector del Instituto extenderá el CERTIFICADO DE
FUMIGACION aprobado por Resolución N° 276 del 29 de junio de 1994 del INSTITUTO
ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL.
TRATAMIENTO DE DESINSECTACION DE VEHICULOS DE CARGA
Una vez presentada la documentación al Inspector del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y
CALIDAD VEGETAL, se estacionará el vehículo en el lugar indicado para el tratamiento. La
�empresa autorizada comenzará la pulverización del vehículo sin pasajeros en su interior,
empleando los principios activos que se mencionan a continuación:
1.- Clorpirifos más deltametrina o
2.- Fenitrotion más permetrina o
3.- Zetametrina o
4.- Beta Cyflutrin.
Utilizando las dosis establecidas en los marbetes registrados en el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE
SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL.
