Establece que toda partida de papa semilla y de ajo, destinado a la siembra que ingrese a las provincias de Mendoza y San Juan debe estar certificada como libre de Globodera rostochiensis y Globodera pallida por un laboratorio reconocido por el IASCAV. Reconoce las barreras de Mendoza y San Juan. BUENOS AIRES,3 de marzo de 1993 VISTO el expediente N° 124/93 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, la Ley 6.704 de Sanidad Vegetal, el Decreto N° 2266 de fecha 29 de octubre de 1991, la Resolución N° 202 de fecha 1° de abril de 1992 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA y la Resolución N° 13 de fecha 22 de enero de 1993 del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y CONSIDERANDO: Que es necesario reconocer las zonas productoras de papa y ajo de la Provincia de SAN JUAN como Area Libre de Globodera rostochiensis y Globodera pallida y extender dicho reconocimiento a las zonas productoras de ajo de la Provincia de MENDOZA. Que es necesario extender el reconocimiento como Area Libre de Globodera pallida para las zonas productoras de papa de la Provincia de MENDOZA. Que es imprescindible establecer barreras fitosanitarias para impedir la entrada de nuevas plagas a las citadas provincias. Que el artículo 3° de la Resolución N° 202 de fecha 1° de abril de 1992 de la SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA determina que el INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL deberá fijar las medidas cuarentenarias necesarias para impedir la introducción de los organismos citados en el ANEXO I de dicha resolución. Que el suscripto se encuentra facultado para dictar el presente acto, en virtud de lo normado en los artículos 6° inciso j) y k); 10, inciso ñ) y 11, inciso i) del Decreto N° 2266 de fecha 29 de octubre de 1991, modificado por su similar n° 1172 de fecha 10 de julio de 1992. Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DEL INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Sustitúyese los artículos 1° y 3° de la Resolución N° 13 de fecha 22 de enero de 1993 del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL, por los siguientes: “ARTICULO 1°.- Toda partida de papa semilla y de ajo destinado a la siembra que ingrese a las Provincias de MENDOZA y SAN JUAN, deberá estar certificada como libre de Globodera rostochiensis y Globodera pallida por un laboratorio reconocido por este Instituto”. “ARTICULO 3°.- El INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL reconoce las barreras fitosanitarias de las Provincias de MENDOZA y SAN JUAN como mecanismo de protección”.
