Bs. As., 18/3/92 VISTO el Decreto N° 2266 del 29 de octubre de 1991 y la Resolución SAGyP. N° 301 del 30 de diciembre de 1991, y CONSIDERANDO: Que el artículo 1° de la Resolución SAGyP. N° 301 fija las tasas retributivas de los servicios brindados por el Instituto Argentino de Sanidad y Calidad Vegetal, para la fiscalización y certificación de la sanidad y calidad de las exportaciones. Que atento las exportaciones que se producen por cantidades de poca significación, se hace necesario fijar un arancel mínimo compatible en los gastos que demande el servicio. Que es política del Gobierno Nacional reducir costos en la etapa de exportación, lo que redundará en la mejora del tipo de cambio real, beneficiando en forma directa a la producción. Que es factible eliminar algunas tasas retributivas de servicios y rebajar otras a merced de reducción de los costos operativos del Instituto y en función de un uso más racional y eficiente de los recursos disponibles. Por ello, EL SECRETARIO DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA RESUELVE: Artículo 1° — Elimínase del artículo 1° de la Resolución SAGyP. N° 301/91 la tasa retributiva de servicio prevista en el apartado a) en concepto de supervisión de la sanidad y calidad : DIEZ CENTAVOS ($ 0,10) por tonelada, y la prevista en el apartado c) en concepto de inspección y habilitación de bodegas: PESOS OCHENTA ($ 80,00) por bodega. Art. 2° — Redúzcase la tasa retributiva de servicio establecida en el artículo 1° de la Resolución SAGyP. N° 301/91, prevista en el apartado d) en concepto de emisión del Certificado Argentino de Calidad (C.A.C.) de VEINTICINCO CENTAVOS ($ 0,25) por tonelada a QUINCE CENTAVOS ($ 0,15) por tonelada. Art. 3° — Las solicitudes por servicio de control fitosanitario y/o por emisión del Certificado Argentino de Calidad tendrán una tasa mínima de PESOS CIEN ($ 100.-). �Art. 4° — La eliminación de las tasas establecidas en el artículo 1°, la reducción que queda establecida en el artículo 2° y la tasa mínima fijada por artículo 3° de la presente resolución regirán para las operaciones de exportación y reexportación que se efectuén a partir del 1° de abril de 1992.
