N!- 1 de fecha 14 de febrero de 1992, de la Dirección de Labora -
torios, la disposición N~ 3 de fecha 1!- de abril de 1992 d e la
misma Dirección, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que por la disposición N!- 1/92 la Di recci ón de Laboratorios estableció determinados recaudos que debían cumplir
las firmas interesadas en inscribir o reinscri bir productos en
el Registro Nacional de Terapéutica Vegetal.
Que por la disposición N!- 3/92, la Dirección mencionada suspendió la aplicación de la disposición N~ 1 / 92, por un
término de SEIS (6) meses, a partir del 1~ de abril de 1992,
fundado en razones operativas.
Que las consideraciones existentes en ese momento,
subsisten en la actualidad.

ARTICULO 2~.- Lo dispuesto en la disposición N~ 1 /9 2, queda sujeto a convalidación reglamentaria a partir del momento en que
cesen las razones que motivan e l pre sente acto .
ARTICULO 3~.- Publíquese en el Boletín Ofi cial.
ARTICULO 4~.- Pase a la Secretaría General, a sus efectos .

Vi st o el expediente N~ 1102/92 del registro del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD y CALIDAD VEGETAL, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el artículo 6 ~ inciso h) del Decreto N~ 2266 del
29 de octub re de 1991 de dicha norma legal faculta a convocar a
los diferentes sectores públicos y privados para la constitución de comités técnicos y c onsejos específicos, a fin de cumpli r funciones de asesoramient o .
Que por acta del día 15 de octubre de 1992 quedaron
identificadas las
entidades rel acionadas a la Producción Orgá-
nica, representativas de la producc ión, elaboración, certificación, consumo e investi g ación.
Que
en el país es de inci piente desarrollo
este ti-
po de producciones y se hacr menester mancomunar esfuerzos, de
los sectores oficiales y pri v ados , para ca pitalizar conocimientos y experiencias en 1 a materia que sirva de apoyo a las deci-
siones del Instituto Ar ge ntino d e Sanidad y Calidad Vegetal .

RESUELVE :
ARTICULO 1~.- Cre ar el Comité Técnico Asesor
para la Produc-
ción Orgánica, que tendrá por función asesorar a la Presidencia
del INSTITUTO ARGENTINO DE SANIDAD Y CALIDAD VEGETAL .
ARTICULO 2~.- El Comité Asesor será coordinado por
la Direc -
ción de Calidad Comercial y Mercados y estará integrado por un
representante titular y un alterno, de las entidades o empresas
que constan en el anexo I de la presente resolución .
ARTICULO 3~.- El Comité c reado en el art i culo 1~ de la presente
Resolución queda facultado para dictar sus propias reglamentaciones de funcionamiento.
ARTICULO 4~.- El Comité As e sor podrá convocar a aquellos técnicos e instituciones que considere pertinentes .
