Las oficinas locales del SENASA, a fin de simplificar los trámites relacionados con las distintas luchas sanitarias efectuadas por SENASA, podrán designar delegados, en diferentes lugares de importancia dentro de la jurisdicción, especialmente atendiendo aquellos en que haya expendio de guías, debiéndose contar con la intervención de la Comisión Local respectiva. Los delegados tendrán únicamente funciones que la oficina local delegue expresamente y serán responsables ante ella, desarrollarán funciones dentro del partido y/o departamento para el cual fueron designados.
