Modificación de los Rubros XLVI y XLVII del anexo I de la Res. 16/1992. Incorpora el Rubro XXXIII referido a depósitos para la conservación enfriados o congelados de pescados y/o mariscos. BUENOS AIRES, 3-11-1993 VISTO la Resolución de este Consejo de Administración n° 16 de fecha 16 de diciembre de 1992, por la cual se fijan los aranceles que por contraprestación de servicios percibe la Coordinación General de Pesca de la GERENCIA DE INSPECCION DE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS, y CONSIDERANDO: Que habiéndose efectuado un estudio pormenorizado en relación a la percepción de los mismos, se ha podido establecer que el importe fijado para el rubro XLVII ESTABLECIMIENTOS PARA SALAZON DE ANCHOAS Y/O SALADOS SECADOS DE PESCADOS INDISTINTAMENTE - en función de los volúmenes procesados y pese a su condición primaria de elaboración, no se compadecen los establecidos para Rubro XLIII FABRICAS DE CONSERVAS DE PESCADO, siendo que éste último conlleva un proceso de mayor industrialización. Que dicha circunstancia se da asimismo en el rubro XLVI ESTABLECIMIENTOS PARA FILETEAR, CONGELAR, ENFRIAR Y CONSERVAR EN FRIO PESCADOS y CONGELAR, ENFRIAR O CONSERVAR EN FRIO MARISCOS, por lo que se ha considerado conveniente diferenciar el arancel por INSPECCION DE ESTABLECIMIENTOS DEDICADOS AL FILETEADO DE PESCADO y el que se dedica a DAR FRIO. Que se estima conveniente incorporar al rubro XXXIII CAMARA FRIGORIFICA PARA DEPOSITAR CARNES, MENUDENCIAS Y PRODUCTOS CARNEOS la inspección de ESTABLECIMIENTOS PARA CONGELAR, ENFRIAR O CONSERVAR EN FRIO PESCADOS O CONGELAR ENFRIAR O CONSERVAR EN FRIO MARISCOS. Que la medida de que se trata tiene por objeto equiparar los montos arancelarios entre aquellas funciones que demandan menor costo operativo de elaboración, coadyuvando de esta manera a paliar la situación financiera del sector. Que es facultad de este Consejo de Administración, proceder en consecuencia, conforme lo determine el artículo 12 inciso i) de la Ley 23899. Por ello, EL CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: �ARTICULO 1°.- Modifícanse los Rubros XLVI y XLVII del Anexo I de la Resolución n° 16/92, quedando redactados conforme se establece en las planillas anexas I que forman parte integrante del presente artículo. ARTICULO 2°.- Incorporase al Rubro XXXIII la inspección de ESTABLECIMIENTOS PARA CONGELAR, ENFRIAR O CONSERVAR EN FRIO PESCADO Y CONGELAR ENFRIAR O CONSERVAR EN FRIO MARISCOS. ARTICULO 3°.- La presente resolución entrará en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su publicación. ARTICULO 4°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. BUENOS AIRES, 18 de noviembre de 1993 VISTO las resoluciones de este CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION Nº 006 de fecha 22 de Julio de 19929 y ampliatorias Nº 015 de fecha 16 de diciembre de 1992 y Nº 012 de fecha 27 de agosto de 1993, por las que se establecieron diversos aranceles por los servicios que presta la GERENCIA DE FISCALIZACION GANADERA dependiente de este SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL, y CONSIDERANDO: Que analizadas las citadas normas legales se desprende que en las mismas no fueron incluidos las referidas en la habilitación o inscripción de establecimientos de productos lácteos. Que corresponde en consecuencia, de acuerdo con lo estipulado por el artículo 9º del decreto Nº 1757 de fecha 5 de julio de 1990, incorporar dichos rubros a los ya mencionados actos. Que es facultad de este Consejo dictar la medida de que se trate, conforme a lo establecido por el articulo 12 y inciso í) de la Ley 22.899, Por ello, EL CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1º.- Ampliar el Anexo I de la resolución Nº 006 de este CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACION de fecha 22 de julio de 1992, ampliado por la Nº 015 de fecha 16 de diciembre de 1992 y Nº 012 de fecha 27 de agosto de 1993, con el agregado de los rubros que se indican seguidamente, que no fueron incluidos en el mismo. 3.6.
