VISTO que la GERENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS propone aplicar un programa de lucha intensiva antiaftosa en el Departamento SAN JUSTO de la Provincia de CORDOBA, abarcando el área del Municipio de EL ARANADO, que fuera previamente acordado con representantes del sector agropecuario oficial y privado, y CONSIDERANDO: Que el programa a implementar tiene como propósito establecer una zona de alta inmunidad antiaftosa, merced a la utilización de vacuna de adyuvante oleoso de SEIS (6) meses de período inmunitario. Que el uso de este inmunógeno permite adecuar las fechas de vacunación a las necesidades de manejo de los rodeos en la zona. Que con este programa se logrará aumentar la eficacia y eficiencia del sistema de información y vigilancia epidemiológica, y como consecuencia de ello disminuirá la incidencia de dicha enfermedad y las pédidas por ellas ocasionadas. Que en este programa se destaca la participación de los distintos sectores del quehacer pecuario, gubernamentales y no gubernamentales que constituyen la Comisión Zonal de Sanidad Animal ,estando a cargo de los productores a través de la citada Comisión la administración del Plan. Que el Plan se elaboró acorde con los lineamientos técnicos generales establecidos por este SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL en el PLAN NACIONAL DE CONTROL DE FIEBRE ATOSA (1990-1992). Que tiene aprobación de la COMISION PROVINCIAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL Y de la COMISION NACIONAL DE LUCHA CONTRA LA FIEBRE AFTOSA. Que de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en la Resolución No. 260/89 de la ex-SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, este SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL esta facultado para decidir respecto a la distribución de la vacuna disponible para cubrir las necesidades de loa programas en ejecución y a ejecutar. Que el suscripto es competente para disponer en esta instancia en virtud de lo dispuesto en la Resolución No. 574 de la ex- SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA y PESCA de fecha 29 de Junio de 1988 y el Articulo 33 de la Ley 23899. Por ello, EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1.).- Apruébase el PROGRAMA DE LUCHA ANTIAFTOSA en el �DEPARTAMENTO SAN JUSTO de la PROVINCIA de CORDOBA, que abarca el área del MUNICIPIO de EL ARAMADO, que como Anexo I forma parte integrante de la presente Resolución. ARTICULO 2.)-Los propietarios o tenedores por cualquier título, de ganado bovino,. ovino, caprino o porcino, todas las personas físicas o jurídicas vinculadas al programa de aplicación de este proyecto en la región estarán obligadas a suministrar las informaciones que se les requieran, cumplir los procedimientos ordenados en la presente norma y prestar la colaboración necesaria para la ejecución del Plan. ARTICULO 3.)-El SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL tendrá a su cargo las funciones de policía sanitaria, vigilancia epidemiológica y la coordinación técnica del programa mediante su participación en el Consejo Técnico de la Comisión Zonal. ARTICULO 4.)- Las infracciones a lo establecido en la presente Resolución serán sancionadas conforme lo previsto por el Artículo 24 de la Ley 23899. ARTICULO 5.).- En el área afectada por el programa, será de aplicación lo dispuesto en el artículo 2 de la Resolución No. 574/88 de la ex-SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA Y PESCA, ARTICULO 6.)- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL Y archívese.
