Que hasta tanto un establecimiento no posea un Certificado Oficial de Libre a una ó más enfermedades, con una sola reacción diagnóstica no se puede garantizar la condición individual de "Animal Libre de ...". Que con el actual régimen sanitario toda Subasta de Reproductores se realiza con la Fiscalización e Inspección de la DIRECCION NACIONAL DE LUCHAS SANITARIAS. Que de esta manera, esta DIRECCION NACIONAL avala una operativa, bajo garantías sanitarias contrapuestas con las normas vigentes. Que actualmente se comercializan reproductores en su condición de "Libres a distintas enfermedades", cuyos diagnósticos son realizados por personal no profesional. Que es responsabilidad de las Autoridades Nacionales sentar las normas y procedimientos que, en defensa de la Sanidad Pecuaria y la economía nacional garanticen la calidad sanitaria de los Reproductores. Que el suscripto es competente para resolver en esta instancia de acuerdo a las facultades conferidas por la Ley N° 23.899. Por ello, EL ADMINISTRADOR GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD ANIMAL RESUELVE: ARTICULO 1°.- Prohíbese el uso de la leyenda "Animales ó Reproductores Libes de ...", en todo tipo de publicidad oral ó escrita de establecimientos que no estén certificados como Oficialmente Libres a la misma enfermedad que se cite. ARTICULO 2°.- Todos los establecimientos aún no certificados como Oficialmente Libres podrán comercializar sus productos como Negativos a las técnicas de seroaglutinación de Brucelosis, Negativos a la seroneutralización de Aujeszky y Negativos a la Intradermoreacción Tuberculínica. ARTICULO 3°.- Al pie de las leyendas fijadas en el artículo 2° de la presente Resolución deberán consignarse los datos del profesional responsable de la realización de las pruebas, los que incluirán: 1) Apellido y Nombre. 2) Dirección Profesional. 3) Matrícula Profesional. y en caso de trabajar en un laboratorio privado u oficial, provincial ó nacional deberá consignarse los datos inherentes al laboratorio. ARTICULO 4°.- Las infracciones a las normas establecidas en la presente Resolución serán pasibles de las sanciones prescriptas en el artículo 24 de la Ley N° 23.899.
